The incomplete NPA Development Dictionary (usually referred to as "the Dictionary") has generated from the effort to establish
a common platform for development dialogue within NPA, seeking to cover development vocabulary in common usage. Hence, the
Dictionary is primarily intended to serve as a source of reference for NPA personnel in matters relating to policy-making,
planning and strategy work, reviews, evaluations, development debate and dialogue. However, the Dictionary is freely accessable
for anyone - organisation or individual - that finds it useful. Therefore:

Moreover, obvious terms, words or expressions that should have been included may have been omitted, others are in the process of edition (usually indicated). However, it is intended that the web-version of the Development Dictionary will undergo revision on the basis of feedback and input provided by its users.
