Norwegian People’s Aid Humanitarian Disarmament Program in Zimbabwe invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the described vehicles.

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) one of the world’s largest mine action organizations, is expanding its operations in Zimbabwe. The project will consist of survey and clearance teams, working mainly in Manicaland province borderline. The HD project Office is located in Mutare City. The project is supported primarily by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and there is a need to procure the vehicles listed below.

Norwegian People’s Aid Humanitarian Disarmament Program in Zimbabwe invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following equipment:

Lot 1:

Description:   Toyota LandCruiser 13-seater 3 door, manual transmission, diesel-powered engine, white, with accessories, or similar models available

Quantity:          01 unit

 

Lot 2:

Description:   Toyota RAV4 5-seater 5 door, automatic transmission /CVT, petrol powered engine, white, with accessories or similar models available

Quantity:          01 unit

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with bidding procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement guidelines, and is open to all eligible bidders worldwide.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of ITB documents by email upon request to the address given below, or alternatively by hand from the NPA Project Office in Mutare Monday to Friday between 9:00AM – 4:00PM local time.

Bids are to be submitted electronically to tender@npaid.org or delivered to the physical address given below before COB 21.09.2018. Bids will be opened only in the presence of NPA Bidding Committee at the address below on 25.09.2018
