To make the integration process easier, we believe it is important to start the integration from day one. Measures that increase knowledge of Norwegian society, labor, and language is a useful tool for navigating the Norwegian society and become an active community participant. In our efforts to reduce discrimination and racism, we have focused on the majo responsibility of society to take an active role in the integration of marginalized groups.
