Call for Proposals: Mid-Term Evaluation Consultancy (Ukraine Programme)
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for an external mid-term evaluation of the Norad-funded project “NPA integrated mine action, SGBV and livelihood response in Ukraine”
The grant period is 1 January 2025–31 December 2027.
The evaluation will be conducted from 1 June to 31 August 2026, with proposals due by 20 May 2026 at 08:00 CEST.
