Tender Notice: Research partner for 5-year civil society programme
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) requests proposals for a consultancy/research partnership to support the development of a learning agenda, with corresponding learning plan, activities, and development of products, along with capacity development and accompaniment in support of the rigorous implementation of the agenda, conducting of research, and systematic learning over the course of the new 5-year programming period.

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is a politically independent membership-based Non-Governmental Organisation working in Norway and in more than 30 countries around the world. Founded in 1939 as the labour movement's humanitarian solidarity organisation, NPA aims to improve people's living conditions and to create a democratic, just and safe society.
The research partner will need to possess high-level expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, knowledge and experience with participatory approaches, extensive experience with the facilitation of learning and knowledge creation, and excellent reporting and communication skills.

Tender will be conducted in accordance with the NPA’s open tendering procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement manual and is open to all interested applicants.
Proposals will only be considered if received by email to tenders@npaid.org with the subject “Civil Society Research Partner” on or before 30th May 2025 at 4.00 PM CET time. Any applications submitted after this date and time will not be considered.
Received bids will be opened thereafter by the appointed opening and evaluation committee.
