NPA removes its first landmine in DR Congo

Norwegian People's Aid has started mine clearance in DR Congo. The NPA team found their first landmine already during the first week of operations

 - It's great that Norwegian People's Aid has removed its first landmine in Congo DRC - it is certainly not the last, says Steinar Essen, deputy director of the NPA Mine Action Department.
Essen underlined that Norwegian People's Aid staff have done an amazing job establishing the mine clearance program in Congo DRC smoothly and quickly.
