The NPA Global Training Centre for Mine and Explosive Detection Dogs (GTC) was established in 2004 with the aim to provide high-quality mine detection dogs trained to a unified standard for NPA Mine Action and Disarmament (MAD) Programmes. The evaluation refers to the period from November 2016 to present.
