Request for Proposals (RFP) for Medical Assessment and Training Services in Mine Action
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) invites proposals from interested eligible companies for provision of the Medical Assessments and Training Services in accordance with the standards described in IMAS to NPA’s Mine Action and Disarmament (MAD) programmes globally.

NPA wishes to establish at least one long-term service agreement (LTA) for the initial period of one year, extendable annually to up to five years in total duration.
The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the NPA’s open tendering procedures and is open to all interested bidders.

Intent to respond to this RFP and any queries shall be sent via email akst@npaid.org before EOB Friday 20 February 2026.
Bids will only be considered if received before Friday 27 February 2026, 23.00 CET.
Received bids will be opened thereafter by the appointed opening and evaluation committee.
